MSL 6300 Constitutional Law

This course examines the United States Constitution and amendments with an emphasis on the role of the Supreme Court, the powers of Congress, the distribution of national powers, equal protection, implied fundamental rights, freedom of expression, religion, economic liberties, the contracts and taking clauses, and the problem of private power.
