Learners who are California residents will be assessed a nonrefundable California Student Tuition Recovery Fund assessment, which is based on the program cost and paid at the beginning of the first course. The STRF assessment is $2.50 per $1,000 of institutional charges rounded to the nearest $1,000. The rate is subject to change at any time without notice. *Notice: Miscellaneous fees are non-refundable and subject to change at the discretion of the University. Some fees are program specific, and learners are encouraged to contact the Accounting Department should they have any questions regarding tuition and fees. Payments made by credit or debit card will be assessed a processing fee of 2.85% or a minimum of $3.00, whichever is greater.
