This course examines ethical and legal issues in the context of business theory and practice. In the process of exploring these issues and the questions they raise. Learners examine ideas and perspectives in the field of business ethics and law and extend these to administrative practice and decision-making. Topics include contracts, personal property, sales, negotiable instruments, agency and employment, business organization, and real property.
