Certificate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology
The Certificate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology (CPIOP) is designed not only to provide advanced education for baccalaureate degreed professionals in the behavioral sciences, but also to provide other non-behavioral health graduates the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of existing knowledge within the discipline of psychology.
Specifically, this graduate certificate explores topics of interest to those who want to develop a solid foundation in the field of industrial/organizational psychology. Applications include business, human resources, and consultation settings. While pursuing the CPIOP, learners are exposed to theoretical models which both reinforce and model humanely delivered, solution-focused skills, supported by cutting-edge scientific research.

- Promote the integration of practical psychological knowledge with formal academic learning.
- Foster growth in intellectual accomplishment and an opportunity to develop an executive level perspective on practices in the behavioral sciences.
- Provide graduate study that does not commit to a full graduate program, but allows learners an option to pursue a graduate degree program upon the successful completion of the graduate certificate program in the behavioral sciences.
