Minimum Credits to be Completed at CalSouthern

Each degree program at CalSouthern has an established total credit amount required to graduate. Some programs may require specific courses to be completed at the University. In addition, students must also meet minimum enrollment requirements of credits to be earned by completing CalSouthern courses, as follows:

Bachelor degree programs	30 semester credits
MBA, MSLEEL, MEd, MSN	30 semester credits
MS in Psychology	36 semester credits
MS in General Psychology	24 semester credits
MA in Psychology	48 semester credits
PsyD, PsyD-C, PsyD-CS, PsyD-AP	36 semester credits
DBA	30 semester credits

For the PsyD (Combined MS) programs, the minimum credits required to be completed at CalSouthern will apply to each portion of the program; a minimum of 24 credits must be completed at CalSouthern toward the MSGP portion (first 30 credits) of the program. Due to the dual-credit application of 12 credits between the MS and PsyD portions of the degree, a minimum of 24 credits must be completed at CalSouthern toward the doctoral portion (last 54 credits) of the program.
